Description
We’re looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to join our internal design team and contribute to discovery phases, new projects, and Geniusee initiatives.

Requirements:
● 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in the IT industry.
● Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
● English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
● Up-to-date knowledge of modern UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
● Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
● Strong sense of responsibility, motivation, and enthusiasm for technology.
● Team player with a proactive and open-minded approach.

Responsibilities:
● Design and build user interfaces for clients’ web and mobile solutions.
● Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI deliverables.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, PMs, BAs) to ensure alignment between design and implementation.
● Conduct research and analyze global UX best practices and patterns.
● Present and validate design solutions with clients and internal stakeholders.
● Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet business objectives.
● Participate in projects from discovery to delivery.
● Continuously improve processes, seek innovative approaches, and share knowledge within the team.

Nice to have:
● Experience with additional design/prototyping tools (Adobe After Effects, Principle, InVision, Axure, etc.).
● Experience in fintech or edtech projects.
