We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in business analysis. This role is perfect for someone who wants to explore the world of IT projects, learn how requirements are gathered and documented, and support our team in delivering real value to clients. You will have the opportunity to develop practical skills that may lead to a Junior BA position.

Requirements
● Basic understanding of SDLC and the BA role.
● Ability to structure and organize information clearly (tables, notes, diagrams).
● Basic research and analytical skills (information search, summarizing findings).
● Familiarity with Google Workspace
● Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
● B2 English

Responsibilities
● Support senior BAs in requirements gathering and documentation.
● Prepare and update project documentation (e.g., Confluence pages, simple user stories).
● Participate in team meetings and prepare short summaries.
● Assist with competitor and market research during discovery activities.
● Learn and practice basic modeling techniques (UML, BPMN, wireframes).
● Capture and document simple business requirements under supervision.

Nice to Have
● Experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma).
● Participation in university or online BA courses.
● Familiarity with Agile or Scrum basics.
● Previous internship or academic project experience related to IT or business analysis.
