Requirements:
● 3+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry;
● Proven hands-on experience with AWS partnership programs;
● Track record of successfully passing AWS competencies and service delivery programs;
● Experience generating referred leads and supporting internal teams through AWS activities;
● Proficiency in preparing and submitting opportunities via the AWS portal;
● Strong relationship-building skills with AWS representatives; an existing network is a strong advantage;
● Practical experience working with AWS partner funding programs (MDF, PoC, MAP, etc.);
● Familiarity with well-architected frameworks and best practices;
● Strong research and analytical abilities;
● Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset;
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
● Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and in asynchronous environments;
● Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.

Nice to Have:
● Experience working with Google Cloud or other cloud providers;
● Experience in partner engagement and enablement;
● Exposure to emerging technical partnerships;
● Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts;
● Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
● Drive rapid growth of the AWS partnership (both in revenue and strategic presence);
● Design and launch new service offerings across the company;
● Initiate and scale new strategic partnerships.
