Trainee-Junior Manual QA Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking to expand our QA team with a motivated Junior Manual QA Engineer to support the ongoing development of our internal ERP platform, which is used to manage key business areas such as finance, HR, resource planning, and client/project operations.
This role is perfect for someone with 6+ months of hands-on QA experience, or a domain specialist (e.g., from accounting, logistics, HR) who has made a recent career switch into tech. We value analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn just as much as technical experience.

Requirements:

● 6+ months of commercial QA experience (web or desktop systems);
● Understanding of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle;
● Experience writing clear and structured test cases or checklists;
● Ability to analyze product requirements and identify edge cases;
● Understanding of client-server architecture and backend concepts;
● Basic experience with managing test environments (deploy builds, view logs, etc.);
● Intermediate+ level of English.

Responsibilities:

● Populate testing environments with valid business data;
● Conduct manual testing of web-based ERP functionality;
● Log and describe bugs in bug-tracking tools (Jira or similar);
● Work closely with developers to validate bug fixes;
● Maintain and update test documentation (test cases, checklists, reports);
● Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices;
● Attend daily stand-ups, provide task updates, and take part in team planning.

Nice to have:

● Previous work experience in finance, HR, logistics, or accounting;
● Familiarity with ERP or business management systems;
● Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing.
