About the project:
The goal of the project is to replace the current legacy desktop CRM with a modern, efficient system tailored for mid- to executive-level recruitment in sectors such as sports, hotels, and potentially telecommunications. This new solution will include a client portal, messaging capabilities, and integration with external recruiters. By leveraging AI for candidate matching and natural language search, the system aims to significantly enhance productivity.

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience in manual testing;
● Experience with web/mobile applications;
● Experience in writing test documentation (e.g., Test Plans, Master/Level Test Plans);
● Solid understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks;
● Ability to define and specify appropriate testing approaches based on features and items selected for testing;
● Experience performing product feature analysis and enhancement workflows;
● Experience creating, updating, and reviewing specifications, requirements, and other relevant documentation;
● Proficiency in preparing Test Cases/Scenarios using standard test design techniques;
● Experience operating and managing testing environments (e.g., deploying versions, checking logs, etc.);
● Expertise in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Impact Analysis (IA);
● Experience with figma/pixel perfect testing tools;
● Experience collecting statistical data for monitoring product quality and reliability;
● Capable of preparing detailed test progress and summary reports for each testing stage;
● Familiarity with testing metrics and risk assessment;
● Strong understanding of network principles;
● Experience with databases and SQL;
● Proficient in client-server architecture, microservices, and backend testing;
● Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs (e.g., Postman queries);
● Experience using developer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, etc.);
● Proficient in log investigation, SSH, and development consoles;
● Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

● Work in a QA team to analyze business requirements, create and execute test cases, and report and verify bugs’ to guarantee the quality of the developed enterprise-level e-commerce solutions;
● Actively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project;
● Provide updates to the task estimates and status of assigned tasks;
● Collaborate with project team;
● Estimation of separate feature / own tasks;
● Provide positive, polite, and open-minded style of communication;
● Good verbal and writing English language skills.
