About the project:
This project focuses on the creation of visually engaging, accurate, and educational illustrations and diagrams for curriculum and instructional materials tailored to grades 2–12. The aim is to produce high-quality visuals that effectively support language arts, mathematical, and other educational concepts. Additionally, the project leverages AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline the illustration process, ensuring efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create diagrams and illustrations to support 2-12 mathematical topics, including static visuals (non-interactive) for textbooks;
● Manage large volumes of simple illustrations and diagrams efficiently;
● Adhere to house style and ensure all visuals align with established brand guidelines;
● Develop clear, age-appropriate visuals that simplify complex concepts for students;
● Ensure numerical and symbolic accuracy in all visuals, with great attention to detail;
● Leverage AI tools to generate concept images or enhance existing designs.

Additional Responsibilities:

● Create digital illustrations for Grades 2-4 reading textbooks, featuring visuals for historical and scientific informational passages, as well as conceptual images for fiction stories;
● Create visuals for early childhood and lower elementary instructional materials;
● Conduct photo/image research on stock image websites to find visuals that meet specified art requirements;
● Experiment with AI-generated content to explore creative possibilities and speed up the image creation process.
