About the project:
We are a FinTech company sitting at the intersection of social media, payments, and rewards. We’re aiming to disrupt the payment experience by making it more social.

Requirements:
● Active engagement with C-level management to align on vision and strategic goals;
● 3+ years in product management or product growth;
● Proven ability to generate ideas, test product hypotheses, and analyze market and competitor trends to drive product growth;
● Experience in Scrum-based team management, with proficiency in backlog management and task prioritization;
● Skilled in setting up, monitoring, and reporting on processes to ensure SLAs and project milestones are met;
● Ability to lead and scale teams effectively, ensuring collaborative decision-making and a strong team dynamic;
● Ability to be self-driven and to drive the team by being able to look for the opportunity to scale the business;
● English: Upper-intermediate Strong.

Nice to have:
● Ability to work in US timezone;
● Experience in BA or PdM;
● Engineering background.

Responsibilities:
● Leadership in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring Scrum methodologies are upheld;
● Driving the creation of A/B testing hypotheses to validate growth ideas and product improvements;
● Collaboration with stakeholders to support business growth and maintain effective communication channels;
● Establish and maintain project governance and team cohesion, motivating the team to achieve objectives and foster innovation.
