About the project:
You will be working with our client ListAlpha (, a London-based SaaS start-up. ListAlpha is a leading CRM software provider in the private equity sector, setting the standard for relationship intelligence and deal flow management. With our cutting-edge technology, we are revolutionizing the way modern investors connect, find deals, and deploy capital.
Our platform is trusted by leading PE funds worldwide, offering a comprehensive suite of tools that streamline deal origination, deal management, and customer relationship management.

What do you need:
● Experience in working or supporting CRM-systems (SalesForce, MS Dynamics, — Allvue Systems, Backstop Solutions, Altvia, HubSpot, eFront, Dynamo, Zapflow, Affinity, etc.);
● Experience with financial services, venture capital, private equity or investment banking clients;
● You like to challenge yourself and work with latest technology and AI/ML;
● Professional attitude and work ethic;
● Continuous self-development;
● Fluent English (both — written and spoken, because this position is all about communication).

● Onboard new private equity customers onto the our platform;
● Export data from legacy CRM platforms (SalesForce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.) and ingest that data into our software;
● Perform data analysis, cleansing and structuring to make sure that customers are happy with their information;
● Respond to customer inquiries / help requests in a timely and professional manner;
● Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and growing engagement with the our CRM platform;
● Provide feedback to the software development on customer service issues and trends.
