About the project:
We invite you to join our proactive HR team. Our direction is very flexible, we are ready to change for the better and take care of our employees, without forgetting the goals of the whole Geniusee.

What you will need:

● 3+ years experience in a diverse range of HR functions working within progressive HR models;
● Proven experience in different HR areas (employee full-cycle process, L&D, C&B, employee engagement & retention);
● Expertise in coaching, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution issues;
● Strong soft skills (analytical, consistency in action, time management, problem-solving, well-developed emotional intelligence);
● Positive mindset and result-oriented attitude in conjunction with empathy and desire to help people;
● Ability to work independently/ in a team;
● Practical skills in working with Google Apps (drive, docs, sheets, forms, slides);
● Experience in organizing events would be a plus;
● Good speaking and writing skills in English (at least intermediate Strong level).

What will you do:

● Maintaining a smooth pre-boarding and onboarding process;
● Training, counseling, and coaching our staff;
● Controlling and supporting the adaptation period of newcomers employees;
● Regular monitoring of employees’ satisfaction and involvement: one-on-one, meetings; eNPS, engagement, and other surveys;
● Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation;
● Carrying out necessary administrative duties;
● Conducting performance and approbation period reviews;
● Permanent HR process updating: analyze current, creation new, improvement and adaptation for remote work;
● Developing clear Geniusee policy and ensuring policy awareness;
● Maintenance of internal ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning);
● Handling farewell procedures;
● Budgeting within departments expenses;
● Generating ideas for company events (example, corporate parties, team buildings, sports activities, congratulations on the current holidays, workshops, online events), searching for actual opportunities (contractors and location), planning, budgeting, preparing, holding, collecting feedback;
● Purchase, inventory, and shipping of branded products;
● Managing of corporate benefits (English courses, insurance, activities related to health);
● Learning management (implementation and updating LMS);
● Strengthen and support the internal HR brand;
● Participation in HR&Marketing initiatives;
● Making posts into internal channels;
● Provide positive, polite, and open-minded style of communication.
