We’re looking for a talented Middle Traffic Manager who will help grow subscriber base through paid acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing, analytical, and product background — with a hunger to make products grow.

This role entails you working with one of our social discovery teams and being fully accountable for planning, launching, and maintaining your owned marketing channels.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of paid user acquisition experience at a fast-growing tech company;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Extensive experience with paid search (e.g. AdWords) and ad networks (e.g. Taboola, Exoclick, PropellerAds, Adskeeper, AdCash)
• Experience with GA, GTM, Voluum is preferable;
• Ability to thrive in a fast changing, fast moving startup environment;
• Advanced / Upper Intermediate English.

• You are highly motivated and hard-working as well as curious and creative at problem-solving;
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills;
• You thrive on collaboration, working side by side with people of all backgrounds and disciplines.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead paid-acquisition growth strategy;
• Develop UA campaigns, build test plans, measure performance, and drive campaign optimization efforts;
• Be accountable for hitting goals and driving sustainable growth;
• Optimize user funnels;
• Utilize excellent analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
• Own and cultivate key strategic relationships with acquisition partners;
• Identify new partner, platform, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance;
• Collaborate with a team to generate user insights, improve the product, shape brand strategy, and optimize user experience.
