We are looking for a specialist to join our team as Junior Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building relationships with our partners in the USA and other Tier-1 countries.

What we’ll expect from you:
• Proven track record of successful sales and customer base increase will be a big plus;
• Fluent English, 85% of clients are English-speaking;
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Analytical thinking, ability to quickly understand new markets and business models;
• Self-organization, multitasking, resistance to challenges;
• Experience in international FMCG company or in digital niches is an advantage.

What you’ll be doing:
• Search and negotiations with new partners who need traffic (advertisers) from different verticals: dating, nutrition, gambling, ecommerce etc.;
• Grow revenue and improve profitability from current partners;
• Research of new market niches and competitors;
• Communication with in-house affiliate and marketing teams
• Participation in conferences and affiliate marketing events in Europe, Asia and the USA for communication with clients.
