About the Role
As an Employer Brand Manager, you’ll bring together employer branding, internal communications, storytelling, events, and culture-building. If you know how to take big ideas and turn them into messages that stick, experiences people remember, and narratives that make others want to join — you’ll feel right at home here.
What you’ll be driving
- Internal comms at scale: design and run all-hands, Q&As, leadership updates, newsletters, Slack formats that keep 250 people aligned and inspired
- External comms & activities: shape and deliver events from idea to execution — from industry conferences to community meetups — building Solidgate’s voice and visibility on the global stage.
- Moments that matter: from hackathons to teambuildings, CSR initiatives to cultural rituals — you’ll own the events that bring our teams together
- Storytelling with impact: share career journeys, team wins, behind-the-scenes stories that make Solidgate a place people are proud to be part of
- Employer brand strategy: translate our culture into campaigns and activations that attract top talent globally
- Creative formats: spot trends in how companies communicate, and launch fresh formats that cut through the noise
You’ll be great at this if
- You have 2+ years in employer branding, internal comms, or event management
- You can write sharp, engaging texts — from a CEO speech to a Slack post
- You’re fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or above) and can switch tone from casual to exec-level with ease
- You’re proactive: you don’t just communicate tasks, you create narratives and lead projects
- You’re curious and creative: you see what’s working out there and adapt it to our brand.
