We are looking for a Business Process Analyst who loves to delve deep into processes, bring creative solutions to complex problems, and elevate organizational effectiveness to a whole new level.

📋 What Will You Do?

• Tool Master: Assist teams in identifying and integrating new tools while providing support and written guides for usage.
• Process Detective: Investigate team processes, create schemas, and recommendations for efficiency improvements.
• Tech Update Guru: Keep up-to-date with tool updates and create automations within the existing tech environment.
• Process Storyteller: Be responsible for documentation and analytics.
• Communication Link: Engage with team managers, domain experts, and top-management to collaborate on existing and new process growth points.

👀 Who Are We Looking For?

• Analytical mindset and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Up to 2-3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, process management, or project management.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Skill in identifying necessary information and causal relationships.
• Willingness to take responsibility and influence the product.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Ability to write in a clear and accessible manner.
• Experience with Excel, Python, SQL, and Tableau.
