Sales Development Representative (EverHelp)

Everhelp is a team of professionals creating a fast-growing outsourcing support service for more than 17 products all over the world. We are always looking for optimistic, proactive candidates who would not only possess substantial field expertise but would also empower our team with a relentless drive to turn ideas into actionable hypotheses and then into working business solutions.

Now we are looking for Sales Development Representative to grow the amount of outbound leads.

Responsibilities:

• Outreach to leads via various outbound channels
• Generate high-quality leads
• Research accounts, identify decision-makers and generate interest
• Collaborate with teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing customer relationships
• Identify Ideal Customer Profile
• Write email and LinkedIn sequences
• Analyze the efficiency of outbound activities
• Manage all outbound activities
• Align outreach strategy with marketing activities

Requirements:

• Business communication, English: Upper-Intermediate
• Understanding of sales cycle stages
• Objections handling
• Experience of using outreach tools
• Experience in writing email and LinkedIn sequences
