Senior Marketing Manager (SubSub)

Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding company that builds global tech businesses together with outstanding entrepreneurs from CEE. The Genesis business ecosystem includes more than 25 projects that work in 4 areas — mobile applications, online media, classifieds, and R&D. Our applications have been downloaded by more than 300 million users worldwide, with the company’s main markets being the United States, Europe, and Africa.

In 2021, we launched a new business — YouTube Multi-Channel Network SubSub. The company’s portfolio includes content creators from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Africa, and other regions. As an official, certified partner of YouTube, we help them develop their media business: create, promote and monetize their content in the best possible way.

We are looking for an enterprising and experienced Senior Marketing Manager.

Your typical duties are:

• launch of new effective advertising campaigns for lead generation;
• conversion optimization at all stages of marketing funnels;
• launch of new services.

About you:

• work experience in marketing from 3 years;
• experience of promoting products or services in English-speaking markets from 1 year;
• English at Upper Intermediate+ level;
• knowledge and ability to use all channels of online promotion;
• experience in building marketing campaigns to attract and retain users;
• ability to use analytical tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, Google Trends, Ahrefs, Similarweb);
• experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.).

Will be a plus:

• experience in building omnichannel marketing;
• experience in creating and running advertising campaigns in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads;
• previous experience in sales or as an account manager;
• experience with YouTube, understanding the principles of content creation, promotion and monetization.
