We are a UK fintech creating neobanks in emerging markets through partnerships with traditional banks.

Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing and unique credit decisioning expertise.

One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.

We have recently launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan, which has gained great momentum. The next markets on our list are Vietnam and Nigeria. Another several markets across Africa and Asia are coming soon.

We are looking to scale our team to support the growth plan.

Your role:

You will be a part of our new markets launch team, and drive our market entries across a number of emerging markets in Asia and Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • project-manage new market entries and partnership leads: 1) screen potential partners, 2) develop a business plan and a financial model for a particular market jointly with the local partner bank, 3) run due diligence process on Fintech Farm by the partner bank, and 3) input commercials into transaction documentation (term-sheets, partnership agreements);
  • support existing markets: update business plans and financial models, assess commercials of new product launches and contracts with local payment and banking infrastructure counterparties.

Who you are:

  • a self-starter, who doesn’t take “No” as an answer, results-oriented and enjoy solving problems;
  • have a high energy level and positive attitude :)
  • think structurally, very technical and attentive to detail;
  • enjoy operating at speed and hate missing deadlines;
  • open and honest.

Your experience:

  • 3+ years of experience at an investment bank, global management consultancy or M&A advisory at Big-4;
  • sound banking financial modelling and analysis skills, understanding accounting and regulatory ratios in a banking context;
  • sector experience in consumer banking / financial technology / payments;
  • experience in launching new markets / working with international clients;
  • 2+ years of UK or international (English-speaking environment) experience;
  • preferably experience in a start-up / fast-paced environment;
  • Master/Bachelor degree from a top-tier university;
  • fluent in English and Ukrainian.

You will report directly to our finance director and work closely with co-founders who are London-based. Our operating team (business leads, developers) is spread across Ukraine and Europe, our partner banks are overseas and so you will be a vital bridge between these worlds. You could work remotely.
