IntellectoKids is one of the world’s largest developers of educational apps for children from 3 to 7 years old. The company’s apps are in the Top 10 in the Kids 5 & Under category in the App Store in 40 countries, including the United States. In 2020, the guys entered the top 20 leaders of the online education market in Russia (according to RBC), and also received investments from international investors (the deal was covered on Techcrunch).

We are looking for Junior/Middle Performance Marketing to help us successfully promote and monetize our mobile apps worldwide. We will mainly work with Facebook Ads.


— launch and optimize advertising campaigns worldwide with large budgets on Facebook Ads;
— work on monetizing and increasing LTV / CAC of our iOS and Android apps — hypothesize and conduct many experiments with onboarding, subscriptions, and other parts of the conversion funnel.


— experience in promoting mobile applications through Facebook Advertising from 1 to 3 years, preferably in a grocery or gaming company; confident knowledge of Facebook Ads;
— strong analytical skills, metric approach;
— attention to details;
— hard work and desire to learn;
— understanding of the specifics of working with traffic — the willingness to regularly update campaigns even after hours;
— good communication skills, openness to feedback, and the ability to give constructive feedback to colleagues;
— experience with Tableau will be a plus;
— the experience of buying traffic in other channels (Google, Apple Search, WeChat, Line, Snap, CPA networks) will be a plus, but not required;
— English from B1.
