Remote Customer Support Specialist (GMTP, Web Apps)

Our current portfolio includes several online stores, an e-commerce B2B web application Checkify , and a content management system for Suspilne

GMTP’s E-commerce team is responsible for managing B2C online sales channels (white-label shops, Amazon, Etsy, TeeSpring, etc.) for a wide range of physical goods. Over the last year, we’ve opened 4 online stores that served thousands of customers from 111 countries — that’s more than a half of all existing! We are looking for remote Customer Support Specialist for our e-commerce projects to help us respond quickly to our customers’ requests and understand their needs better.

What you will do:
— Communicate with our customers via email;
— Gather statistics on customer complaints;
— Communicate with sales team to resolve customers’ issues quickly.

About you:
— Experience in providing customer support services;
— Fluent written English;
— Excellent written communication skills;
— Initiative, ability to offer own ideas;
— High level of empathy and patience.

Would be a plus:
— Experience in working with support automation apps (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.);
— Experience in working with Shopify or other CRM for online stores.
