GMTP’s Web Apps team is concentrating on the development of B2B SaaS applications that empower entrepreneurs all over the world. Our current portfolio includes an eCom web app for Shopify-based online stores and a content management system for Suspilne.
We want to strengthen our E-commerce team with a flexible and multitalented eCom Project Manager will be responsible for the business development of the eCom department and optimization of its internal processes to ensure the efficiency and growth of our online stores.
What you will do:
— Build marketing stratetgy and create roadmaps for our stores to achieve sales growth;
— Extend product portfolio by launching new products within core niches;
— Improve the operational processes and tools used to build web pages, emails, gather ads statistics, and fulfill orders;
— Management and optimization of post-purchase (retention) funnels (emails, push, sms);
— Conduct market and competitors research to ensure that our stores maintain best business practices;
— Improve analytics and reporting system for the eCom department.
— Strong knowledge of Shopify (or other eСom platforms);
— Hands-on experience in daily eCom operation (orders fulfilment, customer support, etc.);
— Direct experience with social media and email marketing;
— Solid experience in landing page prototyping and testing;
— Working knowledge of Google Analytics;
— Market research skills;
— Ability to thrive in a startup environment where self-direction and initiative are highly encouraged.
Nice to have:
— Experience in Amazon sales;
— Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
— Understanding of ecommerce site UX best practices.
