Responsibilities:
• Support of all health insurance processes starting from running a tender to help employees in hard-to-solve cases;
• Organization and support of all sports activities in the company. It can be different indoor and outdoor sports events, company’s sports trainings (run, yoga, football, basketball, volleyball), discounts on gyms in Kyiv;
• Proactivity and organization of CSR projects;
• Unloading of employees’ attendance statistics and providing CEO of the projects with monthly reports.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in HR;
• Expertise in Excel, Word, Google Forms/Sheets;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• High communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with a high level of attention to detail;
• Great desire to help people in any work situation;
• Ability to handle multitasking efficiently;
• Stress resistance and optimism.
