You will be part of a small and high performing team responsible for building out and testing teleservices web application. Your goal will be to create and optimize profit generating user acquisition process from scratch. You will also be responsible for all aspects related to developing and promoting strong product brand online. You will work closely with development and product teams. You need to be result oriented, passionate about digital marketing and familiar with modern web technologies, although no formal programming experience is required for this role.

Main responsibilities:
• Generating ideas for advertising campaigns;
• Creating visuals for advertising campaigns;
• Launch, optimize and measure performance of digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, Snapchat);
• Search for new sources of user acquisition;
• Generate ideas for A/B testing of user behavior.

Key qualifications of ideal candidate:
• Experience with Social Media marketing (Facebook preferred, but Google AdWords, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms will be considered) will be a plus;
• In-depth understanding of the general principles of user acquisition and performance marketing;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
• English upper intermediate or higher;
• Experience with modern systems of analytics visualization (Tableau, Amplitude) is a plus.
