We are interested in building a product ecosystem, so we decided to launch a new subsidiary product — a mobile banking app, that targets the EU market. We have recently launched the app and have already gotten our first customers. We are now searching for first Customer Support Agents, who will help us to provide the best user experience.
What you will do:
— written communication with English and French customers;
— gathering ideas about product improvement based on customer feedback.
— fluent English and French languages;
— at least 1 year of experience as a customer support agent/sales manager/account manager.
As a plus:
— experience of living in Europe;
— TOEFL/IELTS certificates.
— full-time job;
— work schedule: 5 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday (two days-off will be floating);
