Kids app team is developing entertaining and educational apps for children from 2 to 6 years. We are creating a unique products, the main distinguishing elements of the apps is the combination of entertainment content and interactivity in one piece. The goal of the game for the child is to get to know the outside world through the interactive inside the game.

Responsibilities:
— Leading user acquisition process on different platforms — сreate and optimize worldwide marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, Snapchat)
— Analyze and monitor performance of ad campaigns
— Interaction with the creative department: the generation of ideas and feedback on the effectiveness of the marketing materials provided
— Search for new schemes to attract users
— Perform A/B testing to maximize conversion funnel
— Strategy development and execution with respect to new traffic sources
— Team support on converting raw data into meaningful insights

We’re looking for someone who:
— Have developed analytical skills and really crazy about working with numbers
— Ability to learn fast and achieve goals
— Understand the basics of digital marketing
— Understand marketing fundamentals: segmentation, CPA/CPC/CPM/EPC/EPV, A/B testing
— Upper-Intermediate English and higher

Will be a plus:
— Basic knowledge Tableau, Appsflyer
— Degree in economics(marketing, cybernetics, finance)
