Looking for a Senior QA engineer to join an ongoing banking project from Canada.
Fully remote and full time.
12:30 pm — 9:00 pm GMT (Kyiv) +2
Responsibilities:
- Day to day activities in the Automation + Performance test team
- Communication and participation in discussions with developers, QA functional team members, business analysts and project managers and be responsible for progress/issue reporting
- Assist on Cost-benefit Analysis by collecting and tracking test metrics, and measure against the team goals and objectives
Tools: Appium, Azure Pipeline, Postman, LoadRunner, Virtual User Generator (VuGen), Visual Studio Code, Mabl, BrowserStack
Requirements:
- Experience in creation of automation frameworks from scratch
- Fundamental understanding of programming concepts:
- JavaScript or Typescript (common in test scripting, especially for custom logic)
- HTML/CSS (to understand how web elements are structured)
- XPath or CSS Selectors (for advanced element selection)
- Playwright Automation framework
- Experience with continuous integration processes and tools, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in the creation of test documentation (test strategy, test plans, test scenarios etc.)
- Familiarity with BrowserStack’s Interface and Features (good to have)
- Familiarity with Mabl AI Automation tool Interface and Features (good to have)
- performance testing (LoadRunner tool — good to have)
