Responsibilities:
provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;
create and process support tickets;
Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customers in resolving end-user telephony-related issues;
ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
