The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems. Night shift 00-08:30 Kyiv time.
- provide excellent support to customers via phone-calls;
- create and process support tickets
- Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
- Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customer in resolving end user Telephony related issues.
- Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
- basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
- good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
- good written and spoken English;
