The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems. Night shift 00-08:30 Kyiv time.
Main Responsibilities:
provide excellent support to customers via phone-calls;
create and process support tickets
Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customer in resolving end user Telephony related issues.
Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
Mandatory Requirements:
basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
