Remote, full-time, long term
Working Schedule: 9.00-18.00

Requirements:
Salesforce administration and familiarity with:
— Advanced reporting
— Custom objects
— Custom fields
— Flows, workflows, process builder
— Validation rules
— SOQL
— User management
— Lightning UI
— CPQ (a plus)
Helpdesk ticket management
Troubleshooting capabilities
English at a high level
Quick learner and willing to expand knowledge
Understanding of business processes
Support experience
