Your main responsibilities will be:

— Control and development of current projects (sites) in order to increase the number of results;
— Control and influence on increasing traffic and improving conversion on websites;
— Optimization of resources and allocation to specialized sites;
— Management/increase of the traffic funnel in iGaming projects;
— Formation of hypotheses and their implementation with the help of a team (Traffic\Conversion);
— Analysis of results through the TDS system;
— Standardization of work and bringing to common standards of work on projects.
Essential professional experience:
— 2 years of experience as a PM in an agency and/or managing part of a product process or product;
— Understanding of cause and effect relationships in the source of SEO traffic;
— Understanding of UX\UI of websites for user experience;
— Work experience in gray or iGamming topics;
— Ability to set goals for the project and decompose them into time zones;
— Confident user in the work of task trackers (jira, asana);
— Product mindset;
— English Intermediate.
Desirable skills and personal features:
— Experience in developing and optimizing work processes both for yourself and your team;
— Knowledge of TDS systems and partners;
— Knowledge and understanding of the structure of affiliate marketing.
