- Can switch quickly between different tasks;

- Knows how to operate with Helpdesk ticketing system;
- Knows how Google Search is working; :)
- Not afraid of setting up 7Zip to the users.
What will your usual day consist of?
- Support users with their issues and problems;
- Users accounts managing;
- Hardware setup and maintenance (in the office and remotely);
- Performing inventory on different IT assets;
- Other IT related tasks.
