— German language level — C1 and English language level — B2;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
— Understanding of the principles of business communication;
— Knowledge of software development process (Web and Mobile);
— Experience in sales department in an IT outsourcing company;
— Understanding of leads qualification process and its methods;
— Orientation to result, optimistic attitude;
— Work with CRM;
— Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
— Expertise in working with all stages of the sales process;
— Experience in gathering requirements for software products;
— Experience with lead generation tools.
— Leads identification;
— Follow-up on leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate level of information;
— Schedule and hold appointments;
— Gather requirements and identify opportunities, handle objections;
— Leads qualification;
— Educate and develop leads to hand-off to further sales stages;
— Lead nurturing;
— Ensure effective follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining activity and lead qualification information in CRM;
— Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach.
