We are seeking a proactive, organized, and client-focused individual who is eager to grow in the field of account management. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with clients while effectively handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients via email, Skype, and Telegram to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide updates on services
  • Client support: assisting in account management, resolving issues, and providing consultations on the company’s products
  • Maintaining client documentation: recording all interactions, agreements, and feedback in a CRM system (Jira)
  • Tracking and analyzing key metrics: monitoring progress toward financial goals
  • Conducting basic market research to identify new trends and competitor activities

What we expect:

  • Confidence in working with clients and a focus on meeting their needs
  • Ability to effectively organize your work, maintain accuracy in documentation, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Quick learning skills, ability to analyze information, and work with data
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (Jira or equivalents)
  • English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence and communication with clients (B2+)
