Back End Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and maintain technical solutions across projects
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable code
• Collaborate with DevOps to enhance infrastructure: CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and reliability
• Develop and improve APIs and ensure data integrity and security
• Investigate, propose, and implement technical solutions for business needs
• Mentor and support the professional growth of the development team
• Manage task planning, decomposition, and team workflows
• Proactively handle system incidents and ensure uninterrupted service.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead
• 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 4+ years in Node.js
• Proven expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, NestJS, PHP (admin panels), and modern database design (PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, ElastiCache)
• Experience with message brokers: RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with cloud and on-premise environments, especially AWS
• Experience with tools like GitLab, TeamCity, ArgoCD, Grafana, Prometheus
• Experience in designing and developing database schemas
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams.
