We’re looking for an experienced Head of Support to lead our customer support team to new heights. If you’re passionate about customer satisfaction, team leadership, and innovative solutions, we’d like to connect with you!

Be a part of a team where you will

  • Improving communication processes with clients Increased response speed and quality
  • Implementation and maintenance of key SLA/NPS indicators
  • Training for department managers (increasing product knowledge + improving English level)
  • Training of department employees (enhancing product knowledge + improving English proficiency)
  • Implementation of a service desk and control of task processing
  • Managing a team of configuration managers
  • Set up support work 24/7
  • Creation of reports and analytics for the department

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the position of Head/Lead/Support
  • Experience in building a department with 24/7 hour shift schedules
  • Experience in the gaming industry
  • Building a support department from scratch
  • Managing a team of 10 or more people
  • Good communication skills
  • English — Upper-Intermediate
  • Good analytical skills (will be test questions during the interview)
  • Knowledge of the principles of operation of RNG, slot games, and crash games
