We’re looking for person who can think strategically, lead a team of passionate
engineers, and drive our tech vision forward
Responsibilities:
- Formation of development teams, distribution of tasks between teams,
optimization of developers’ work, employee training - Hiring A-class employees and building a team spirit. Participation in the
development of staff motivation - Definition of general strategies for technical development. Making global
technical decisions - Audit of an existing technical solution, formation of a plan for optimizing the
technical architecture, and selection of technologies - Planning and building development processes, tracking the progress of the
projects - Ensuring the pace and quality of development at the highest level
- Ensuring maximum stability of the product
- Formation of a security system in the company
- Interaction with heads of other departments (CCO, COO, HRD, GD etc.)
- Budgeting departmental costs
- Implementation of the entire technical infrastructure that is needed for all
departments - Interaction with B2B clients on technical aspects of integrations.
Requirements:
- Technical background
- Be able to lead the team and at the same time hear them
- The ability to find a balance between product optimization and the development
of new features - Ability to strike the right balance between technology and business
- Ability to make development fast and flexible even when the company is scaling
- Ability to audit the architecture, and find optimal solutions for optimization in
terms of time/quality - The ability to hear requests from the business and at the same time be able to
give timely feedback to the business in a language understandable to a non-
technical person - Be a team player. The team player is always worried about the entire chain of
task implementation, rather than transmitting his piece of the chain with the
thoughts “I finished my task, I don’t care what happens next” - Ability to work with a large volume of tasks
- The ability to transfer the desires, vision, and ideas of other top managers into a
technological plane - Knowing how to turn project execution into controlled processes with
predictable results - English Upper Intermediate.
