Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of international agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Corporate Law: Provide legal support on corporate governance matters, including company registration, maintenance, and notarial issues in Ukraine
• International Relations: Work closely with non-residents and foreign companies in EU, applying your knowledge of European and English contract laws
• Compliance: Manage KYC/KYB procedures and respond to due diligence (DD) requests from partners, banks, electronic payment institution etc
• Document Management: Maintain and update the register of agreements and ensure the organization’s legal documents are current and compliant

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in law
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract, commercial, and corporate law
• International Expertise: Experience working with non-residents and foreign companies, with a basic understanding of international contract laws, particularly European and English laws
• Legal Knowledge: Strong expertise in registration procedures, notarial issues, and company maintenance in Ukraine
• Attention to Detail: Excellent drafting skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with at least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)
