Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for multiple slot game projects from conception to launch
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with game designers, developers, artists, QA teams, and marketing to ensure smooth and effective workflow, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, status updates, and addressing concerns or risks
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Ensure contingency plans are in place for potential roadblocks or delays
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources, ensuring optimal utilization of team capabilities and tools
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that development stays within financial constraints without compromising on quality
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to ensure all slot games are thoroughly tested and meet compliance and regulatory requirements before release
  • Post-Launch Support: Monitor game performance after launch, collect feedback, and manage iterations or updates based on user and stakeholder input
  • Continuous Improvement: Review and suggest improvements for development processes, promoting best practices in project management and game development


Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager preferably in the gaming industry, within the slot games or casino gaming sector
  • Project Management: Extensive experience in managing projects from the planning phase (including WBS creation, timeline development, Gantt charts, and roadmapping) through to post-production support
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with development principles (Back-end, Front-end, Mobile development) an understanding of the technical aspects of game production.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (intermediate English or higher), with the ability to clearly present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making informed decisions under pressure
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for Gaming: A genuine interest in gaming, especially within the online casino and slot machine space
  • Atlassian tools: Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence


Nice to have:

  • PMP, PSM / CSM certifications or equivalent
