Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or/and sales related field within the iGaming industry
  • 1+ years in leading sales and lead generators teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are required
  • Experience in generating high-quality leads
  • Significant experience in working within regulated markets
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Jira, Confluence), lead generation tools, and Slack
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Full availability for business trips.

    Will be a plus:

    Knowledge of the Spanish language.

    Responsibilities:

  • Identify new markets, customer needs, and opportunities for product and service expansion
  • Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential business opportunities
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry
  • Negotiate and finalize business agreements to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve targets and objectives
  • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales plans and campaigns
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on business development activities and outcomes
  • Ability to travel as required
