Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or/and sales related field within the iGaming industry
- 1+ years in leading sales and lead generators teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are required
- Experience in generating high-quality leads
- Significant experience in working within regulated markets
- Proficiency in CRM software (Jira, Confluence), lead generation tools, and Slack
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Full availability for business trips.
Will be a plus:
Knowledge of the Spanish language.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new markets, customer needs, and opportunities for product and service expansion
- Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential business opportunities
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing clients
- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve targets and objectives
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Oversee the development and execution of sales plans and campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on business development activities and outcomes
- Ability to travel as required
