Responsibilities:
- Developing Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and setting clear performance expectations
- Brand Management: Oversee the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and campaigns
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various marketing initiatives
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, and content marketing, while tracking their effectiveness.
- Content Strategy: Develop and manage a content strategy that includes blog posts, articles, videos, and other content that engages and informs the target audience
- Event Management: Organize and participate in events, trade shows. conferences, and webinars to promote the company and its products.
- Report to Management: Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team or board of directors regarding marketing performance and strategy
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales. product development and client convicts to alien marketing offer with overall
Requirements:
- Strong academic background preferably in Business, Marketing, Management or other related field
- Proven experience of 3+ years as a Chief Marketing Officer
- 2+ years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer in igaming industry
- Our candidate should possess leadership and business development skills, along with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong self-motivation, autonomy, and passion for forward-thinking, with a strong drive to work in a fast-paced environment
- Our candidate should have experience leading C-level executives and the ability to work with them
- The ability to listen to business requests and provide timely feedback is necessary
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- English Upper Intermediate.
