Gamzix company, an international company:
— was founded in March 2020;
— have already successfully produced 60 games;
— the team has grown to over 70 skilled professionals and we continue to grow;

Responsibilities:
Strategy and Business Development
- Development of long-term and short-term product pricing strategy, priority and new markets for the company
Partnership
- Establishing and maintaining contact with key clients. Scheduling business trips and participation in exhibitions for the entire team to obtain new leads and improve communication with existing ones
Product Positioning:
- Control of the launch of new games, promotional campaigns, top positioning of games in the casino lobby. Interaction with the product team in order to efficiently sell all our features to the client
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Market analytics, new and existing clients, determining priorities in the work of the sales team
Debts.
- Working with receivables from clients. Minimizing the share of receivables in the total P&L
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Together with the compliance manager and legal counsel, an analyst of the legislation of the countries where our product is presented. Risk control when working in the gray zone, planning to obtain licenses to enter the white zone
Team:
- Hiring A class employees. Training and mentoring. Setting plans for the team and monitoring their implementation
Analytics:
- Active work together with BI to find areas of Revenue growth. Application of data driven solution practice
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a C-Level position
- Knowledge of markets, main operators, main providers/aggregators/platforms
- Having a circle of contacts among top managers of other companies
- Basic understanding of the technical component of the provider and casino
- Fluent English, Spanish is welcome
- Willingness to undertake a large number of business trips
- Ability to build stable and systematic work using processes
- Experience in business scaling
Will be a plus:
- Experience in opening offices in new countries;
