Gamzix company, a dynamic player in the iGaming industry:

  • was founded in March 2020 with a vision to redefine the world of online slot games;
  • have already successfully produced 60 slot games;
  • the team has grown to over 65 skilled professionals and the growth;
  • two strategically located offices: Kyiv/Ukraine and Warsaw/Poland.

Requirements:

— Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role;
— 3+ years of proven sales success experience in the iGaming sphere;
— 1+ years in leading sales and lead generators teams;
— Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are required;
— Experience in generating high-quality leads;
— Significant experience in working within regulated markets;
— Proficiency in CRM software (Jira, Confluence), lead generation tools, and Slack;
— Strong leadership and team management skills;
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
— Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
— Full availability for business trips.

Will be a plus:

— Knowledge of the Spanish language.

Responsibilities:

— Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives;
— Lead and manage the sales and lead generator team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance;
— Maintain and keep organized and up-to-date a CRM;
— Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share;
— Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
— Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the business;
— Create quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and objectives;
— Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement;
— Be ready to visit an iGaming EXPO/exhibition.

Hiring process:

— 1st interview — Recruiter/HRD;
— 2nd final interview — CCO.
