Join our company as an HR manager, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the culture, development, and success of our growing team. As an HR manager, you will be the key driver in the onboarding process, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the company’s values.
Requirements:
— At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
— Understanding of how the HR system works overall and how to implement HR processes (knowledge of basic HR processes: onboarding, assessment, performance review, offboarding);
— Experience in CRM software, Jira, Confluence, etc.;
— Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs;
— Strong understanding of HR best practices;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
— Strong work ethic, analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills;
— Proactive and collaborative work ethic;
— Attention to detail;
— Intermediate+ English level.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
• pre onboarding: сreate tasks for accountants, managers, SysAdmins, and colleagues to ensure that your hiring managers and employees have everything they need from day one and throughout the whole onboarding period;
• first day: using onboarding checklists and employee journey map;
• first week: taking and giving 360 feedback, providing role clarity;
• ½ probationary period, 3 months — result of probationary period;
• automate onboarding workflows.
Talent Acquisition:
• work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and drive recruitment efforts;
• forecast and coordinate with team leaders the hiring plan for the coming period.
Cross review:
• support the cross-review process, collect feedback on employees, provide feedback based on cross-review results, and communicate it to the employees during 1-to-1 meetings;
• assist in pursuing personal development goals and prepare performance improvement plans.
Employee Development:
• support a team of 100 — 120 employees, conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, organize events, and encourage career growth by implementing mentorship and professional development programs;
• collaborate with teams to identify training and development opportunities;
• to be a partner for team leaders on all HR-related matters.
HR reporting:
• recruiting indicators;
• onboarding indicators;
• performance indicators;
• off-boarding indicators.
