Обов’язки

— Complete procedures when guests arrive and leave — greeting, and welcoming company guests (partners, candidates etc.) at the front desk and connecting them with the appropriate party;
— Guest card registration and tracking;
— Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners, couriers, deliveries etc.), receiving and dispatching deliveries;
— Assist colleagues with office-related requests: work with and control office equipment (paper in the printers, document scans etc.) as well as managing stationary;
— Ensure cleanliness and comfort in the office, meeting rooms coordination;
— Assist Office Admin on documentations relating to day-to-day office maintenance;
— Assist Office Admin in ordering front office supplies (fruits/cookies, office supplies, coffee/tea, water etc.) and keep an inventory of stock, keep updated records of office expenses and costs;
— Assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes;
— Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.

Position Overview: It’s an exciting time to join us since soon we move to the brand-new office in the city center and we are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
