Required skills:

  • 1+ year of experience in account management;
  • Perfect written and spoken English (upper-intermediate at least);
  • Positive, enthusiastic hands-on approach;
  • Ability to negotiate successfully;
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize;
  • Desire to learn and progress;
  • Confident PC user.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in working with B2B clients;
  • Relevant experience in iGaming, especially with partnership/affiliate program;
  • Sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with our Partnership Program Product Owner;
  • Direct communication with B2B clients and developing long-term relationships with them to increase their loyalty;
  • Introduction and welcoming for new clients on our product;
  • Clear communication with the clients and address their concerns and resolve any conflicts that might arise;
  • Identifying client’s needs and making valuable offers;
  • Preparing recommendations for product improvement in response to the client’s feedback.
