Required skills:
- 1+ year of experience in account management;
- Perfect written and spoken English (upper-intermediate at least);
- Positive, enthusiastic hands-on approach;
- Ability to negotiate successfully;
- Strong time-management and organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize;
- Desire to learn and progress;
- Confident PC user.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in working with B2B clients;
- Relevant experience in iGaming, especially with partnership/affiliate program;
- Sales experience.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our Partnership Program Product Owner;
- Direct communication with B2B clients and developing long-term relationships with them to increase their loyalty;
- Introduction and welcoming for new clients on our product;
- Clear communication with the clients and address their concerns and resolve any conflicts that might arise;
- Identifying client’s needs and making valuable offers;
- Preparing recommendations for product improvement in response to the client’s feedback.
