Requirements:

— At least 2 year of experience in IT company working with product analytics;
— Hands on experience with data;
— Business and Analytical mindset;
— Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set and negotiate priorities;
— Research and conclude on results of A/B tests and product improvements;
— SQL and Python knowledge would be a plus;
— Practical experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, PowerBI, — Looker, etc;
— Experience with Google Analytics;
— Experience in delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks (user pattern research, supporting experiments, feature analysis to improve the product metrics, use-cases analysis, etc.);
— Driven by creating business value than the complexity of the technical solution;
— Intermediate or higher English level.

Responsibilities:

— Participate in project architecture and design creation;
— Provide A/B testing of new product features: design, evaluation and the most important — recommendations based on conducted analysis;
— Analytics coverage during A/B tests;
— Track metrics and find points of growth/bottlenecks — we are truly data-driven and that is how we grow;
— Deep dive on user behavior: product funnels, customer journey, activity cycles;
— Generate hypothesis and testing to improve product retention and monetization;
— Present analysis results to the team in an understandable manner;
— Analyze product and marketing data to answer business questions, discover insights, develop new metrics, build dashboards, and describe patterns;
— Help in designing, implementation, and analysis of new features aimed at improving our product;
— Understand business/product strategy and high-level roadmap and align analysis efforts to enable them with data insights and help achieve their strategic goals.
