Slots Game Designer (вакансія неактивна)

GamePoint is looking for Slots Game Designer to lead the product in Kyiv on a full-time basis.

GamePoint develops premium multiplayer social games. We have a passionate team of developers, game artists, animators and testers based in Ukraine and the Netherlands.

We are looking for a Slots Game Designer to utilize quantitative and qualitative data to design and optimize our social and mobile games and also write Game Design documents and visual specs. You will be expected to drive the casino feature strategy and to be our design expert on existing and emerging game models and mechanics. You’ll be the owner of new projects, as well as a contributor to current games. The ideal candidate can both drive business results and create fun experiences for users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create or adapt game features; offer new ideas and conduct brainstorming sessions
• Write copy, messaging and narrative elements of the game
• Create and maintain storyboards, wireframes, and design documents to deliver new features
• Participate in analyzing of metrics and user feedback to derive insights and adjust game designs accordingly
• Remain up-to-date with casino game design trends
• Actively participate in the game development process, engaging the team and resolving issues
• Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, Marketing) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation

Requirements:
• At least 2+ years of experience in casino game development, game and math model design
• Extensive knowledge of real money or social casino games and players’ psychology
• Demonstrated ability to work in a creative and collaborative, interrupt-driven work environment
• Passion for gaming; avid gamer with a solid understanding of game development and game genres
• Understanding of game balance and game pacing
• Ability to multi-task and work on more than one task at a time
• Self-direction, drive, and leadership
