As part of this journey, we’re looking for an Engineering Manager who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills — someone capable of scaling teams, building efficient delivery processes, nurturing a high-standard engineering culture, and fostering alignment between development and business teams.
What you’ll be doing:
— Participate in product strategic planning, ensuring alignment of the technical vision with business goals;
— Collaborate with architects and tech leads on architectural decisions and impact evaluation;
— Build strong engineering teams: recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention;
— Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and create individual growth plans;
— Foster an environment of feedback, transparency, mentorship, and team ownership;
— Manage engineering resource allocation and adapt to changing priorities;
— Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, CI/CD, and operational stability;
— Define, monitor, and optimize key engineering metrics: velocity, time-to-market, deployment frequency, etc;
— Provide transparent reporting to leadership on quarterly plans and performance KPIs.
Skills you’ll apply:
— 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a product-focused environment;
— 2+ years of hands-on software development experience;
— Experience managing at least 2 teams and/or 10+ engineers (frontend, backend, QA);
— Solid understanding of modern engineering practices: DevOps, microservices, API-first approach;
— Knowledge of technologies such as: GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Postgres/MongoDB/Redis/ClickHouse, Golang, PHP, React, GraphQL.
— Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions;
— Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on work results.
Bonus points:
— Experience in iGaming and/or SaaS;
— Experience building teams from scratch or scaling during rapid growth;
— Familiarity with SAFE, Scrum@Scale, or other large-scale Agile frameworks;
— Understanding of B2B market requirements, including SLA readiness, reporting, and transparency for external clients.
