— Experience in international business development of at least 3 years;
— Upper intermediate or better level in English;
— Good understanding of software development business, intellectual property, contracts;
— Very strong presentation and negotiation skills;
— Very strong social and communication skills;
— Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
— Ability to maintain a busy travel schedule and stay effective;
— Result-oriented positive attitude.
— Marketing or PR background or education is a plus;
— Game industry experience is a plus;
— Knowing multiple foreigh languages is a plus.

— End-to-end management of distribution and licensing partner relations.
— Regular meetings with key strategic distribution, store, and platform accounts to ensure G5’s games have the best chances of promotional placement & distribution.
— Facilitate and support communication regarding technical issues and innovations between internal development teams and platform accounts.
— Continuous communication with key strategic accounts regarding G5’s games roadmap, marketing plans and activities, and coordination with G5’s marketing.
— Collaborate closely with the development teams, marketing, legal, and finance.
— Oversee development and publishing deals in accordance with applicable law in pursuit of the company’s goals.
— Through participation in industry events, screen game development and outsourcing companies in search of suitable contract development partners.
— Communicate with key game development/outsourcing partners on a regular basis to maintain and improve existing relationships: arrange meetings, conference calls and regular correspondence by email.
— Keep up-to-date information on current accounts subject to company’s internal rules and document storage systems.
— Attend industry events, such as conferences and exhibitions that take place in Ukraine, Russia, EU countries and the USA: arrange participating members’ schedules, take care of follow-ups and provide detailed reports to the management after the event.
