— experience with Boolean search, X-Ray search and other sourcing tools
— good knowledge of Excel

What You’ll Do
— create new strategies and channels for finding talents
— search for relevant candidates through various tools and resources
— testing and evaluating different search funnels
— analysis of data from attraction funnels
— collect data and maintain a database of candidates.
